The 9th meeting of the Network of Asian Social Science Data Archive (NASSDA) was held on January 9, 2025.
The morning session was conducted as an open hybrid session. First, SSJDA gave a brief explanation of the purpose of the event.
This was followed by a keynote speech titled “International Social Science Data Alliances” by Mr. Bobray Joseph Bordelon(Economics and Finance Librarian/Data Services Librarian, Princeton University).
Next was a presentation from SSJDA on “The history and activities of NASSDA”.
Then, NASSDA Member Institutions provided an Introduction of Activities and Recent Initiatives and we had discussions on the possibilities of collaborative activities.

Finally, the afternoon business meeting was held as a closed session for NASSDA Member Institutions. We talked about recent developments related to data archiving, such as efforts and progress on promoting DMP, future activities, website operations, and the next meeting.
