The 8th meeting of the Network of Asian Social Science Data Archives (NASSDA) was held online on February 16, 2024.
First, Dr. Won-ho Park from KOSSDA delivered the opening remarks and warmly welcomed all participants.
Then, each institution provided an update on their recent activities:
・2023 Annual Progress Overview for the Chinese National Survey Data Archive

・Overview of recent activities at the CSRDA and the Social Science Japan Data Archive (SSJDA) 2023

・Survey Research Data Archive Progress in 2023 and Plans for 2024 
(reported by Dr. Pei-shan Liao, SRDA/ Academia Sinica, Taiwan)
・Overview of KOSSDA 2023

Following the reports from each institution, discussions were held regarding the future of NASSDA and global collaboration, including co-authoring an article introducing NASSDA and organizing a panel discussion session at an international conference. Finally, plans for the next NASSDA meeting were discussed.
